Nicholas Dheilly, a standout defensive end for the Saskatchewan Roughriders in the CFL, founded True North Ballers to nurture young football talents. Born in Regina, Saskatchewan, Nicholas's journey from Dr. Martin LeBoldus High School to U Sports football showcases his dedication and hard work. True North Ballers is a pathway to success for aspiring athletes, offering mentorship, training, and support to help them excel in sports and life. Nicholas's experience and passion drive the mission to guide the next generation of athletes toward their dreams. 

 

Coach Sierra Parris Kruger - Former Cougars Libero 

 

Introducing Sierra Parris-Krueger! Currently serving as the Volleyball Development Coordinator at Athol Murray Notre Dame College in Regina, SK, Sierra brings a wealth of experience and passion for player development in volleyball. As the former head coach of the 17u Cougar Volleyball Club and with several years of directing and coaching university and club camps, she emphasizes the technical, tactical, physical, and mental aspects of the sport. Drawing from her impressive playing days at the University of Regina Cougars, Sierra's achievements as a libero highlight her dedication and skill, leading Canada West in digs and ranking second in digs per set. Her coaching philosophy is rooted in mentorship, providing young athletes with role models, and preparing them for post-secondary opportunities. Sierra's outstanding performance as a player, coupled with her coaching expertise, makes her a valuable asset to True North Ballers.
