Exclusive High-Performance Training for Six Volleyball Players in Southern Saskatchewan
The Elite 6 Training Program is designed for six dedicated volleyball athletes looking to elevate their skills, refine their technique, and gain a deeper understanding of the game.
From May to the end of July, this intensive, hands-on training program will combine on-court workouts, personalized corrections, advanced volleyball film study, and access to the Volleyball Academy on Skool to give each athlete the tools they need to reach their full potential.
This is a highly selective opportunity, and only six volleyball players will be chosen.
What’s Included
Weekly On-Court Training Session (1 Hour)
- Small group, high-intensity training sessions focused on position-specific skill development.
- Hands-on coaching with detailed corrections from Sierra Parris Kruger.
- Position-specific drills designed to improve passing, setting, hitting, serving, defence, and overall court awareness.
Personalized Zoom Film Review & Correction Session
- Each week, you will receive a personal Zoom correction session reviewing your performance from the on-court workout and any additional practice or game film you submit.
- You can choose to attend the session live or request a recorded video breakdown to review at your convenience.
- All recorded sessions will be saved for you to access forever, so you can continue to refine your game using the feedback provided.
Weekly Group Zoom Class (30 Minutes) – Pro & College Film Study
- Breakdowns of professional and college volleyball film, focusing on advanced techniques, positioning, and in-game decision-making.
- Live Q&A session for athletes to ask any volleyball-related questions in a group setting.
- Learn from top players and apply elite-level techniques to your own game.
Access to the Volleyball Academy on Skool
- Exclusive online community for volleyball players training with Sierra Parris Kruger.

- Location: Regina, Saskatchewan
- Spots Available: Only 6 volleyball players will be selected
- Cost: $500 per month Or $1300 up front (Save 200$)
- Payment Due: The first of every month

When and where are the training sessions?
Training will take place once a week at a location in Regina, Saskatchewan. The exact schedule will be provided upon acceptance.
Can I still join if I have a team schedule?
Yes. This program is designed to work alongside your team practices and games. Your personalized Zoom film review sessions will help correct issues from both the Elite 6 training and your team practices.
What happens if I miss a session?
If you miss a training session, you can still submit game or practice film for review and receive feedback in your personal Zoom correction session.
How do I submit film for the correction sessions?
Film can be sent via YouTube, Google Drive, or Hudl. Detailed instructions will be provided after acceptance.
Is there a long-term commitment?
This program is month-to-month, meaning you can continue as long as you want, but payment must be made at the start of each month to maintain your spot.
