Train in person with Nicholas Dheilly, former CFL defensive end and True North Ballers’ head defensive line coach. These one-hour outdoor training sessions are designed for defensive linemen looking to sharpen their skills, improve position-specific technique, and build the strength and mindset needed to dominate at the line of scrimmage.
Sessions take place at fields and training areas around Regina and are customized to the specific needs of the athlete or group—whether it’s pass rush, get-off speed, hand fighting, leverage, block destruction, or overall movement and conditioning.
For athletes who aren't ready for full monthly commitments or the Elite 6 program, this is a great opportunity to still train directly with a pro.
Session Options & Pricing

1-on-1 Session: $70 (1 athlete, 1 coach)

Small Group Session (3 athletes): $50 per athlete

Large Group Session (6 athletes max): $25 per athlete
Each session runs 1 hour and focuses on tailored skill development including footwork, hands, pass rush moves, and mental reps—whatever you need to improve, we’ll build the session around it.
